AI for Operations Course

AI feels intimidating - until someone shows you how to build with it.

You don’t need to be technical. You need a clear path, real support, and first builds that prove you can do it.

This course is for you if any of this sounds familiar:

  • You use AI every day, but agents and automation still sound like another language.

  • Your work is specific, high-context - and tutorials don’t map to it.

  • You need AI to create capacity and expand your capabilities — rather than be just another thing you have to tackle and double check.

Three upcoming cohorts. All classes are 3 sessions, 2 hours each, live & remote.

  • Wednesday afternoons - July 8th, 15th, 22nd from 1-3PM EST with Caitlin

  • Thursday mornings - July 9th, 16th, 23rd from 10AM-Noon EST with Sawyer

  • Tuesday evenings - July 14th, 21st, 28th from 6-8PM EST with Sawyer

The bridge is your Keystone™.

Before our first class, you take an assessment and build your Keystone™ - your AI’s spine that describes how you work, decide, your voice, what good work looks like in the organization. This is your AI’s foundation. A COOPilots.io instructor will help you install it in a 1:1 session.

Class 1: Foundations (2 hours)

  • We cover all the AI basics in the lens of onboarding your AI colleague (tokens, context management, model selection, and the connectors that link AI to your tools).

  • From there, we map this to real work, avoiding the common pitfalls that trip most people up.

  • You leave having built a skill and an agent as a cohort, which is where the Keystone's role clicks into place.

Class 2: Designing Your Build (2 hours)

  • You select your custom build(s), then design the workflows, set the triggers, and learn how to monitor deployment

  • You get dedicated build time with live support.

  • The session closes with a framework for measuring real business impact and ROI so you can quantify the impact of your work.

Class 3: Governance, Advanced Builds, and Demo Day (2 hours)

  • We demonstrate some more advanced build types, like multi-agent collaboration and loops.

  • We cover governance guardrails and evolving legal changes to be aware of as you expand AI in your business.

  • One final block of focused and supported build time to finish strong.

  • You close by demoing your work to the cohort: what it solves, why you selected it, and the impact in your work.

What You Get:

  • A 1:1 Setup before day one - your Keystone™ built, your tools connected, your settings callibrated

  • A Keystone™ context layer custom to you. Portable across AI tools. The foundation for everything you build next.

  • We identify 3-5 ideas for AI in your real work, buildable in class, custom to how you work

  • Three live cohort sessions in Claude Code - a skill, an agent, and then your own builds

  • Dedicated, coached build time on your real work

  • The skills to keep building on your own for any workflow, well beyond the class.

  • A 30/60/90 plan and ROI worksheets to keep proving and expanding the value after class ends.

  • A community of leaders building AI just like you

  • Real automations you’ll use Monday morning

Investment:

  • $1,000 for waitlist members and referrals. See email for details, or sign up for the waitlist at the bottom of this page.

  • $1,250 for public registration. Announced on LinkedIn.

The Case for Investment: One workflow saving 3 hours a week at a $100 hourly rate is $15,600 a year in recovered capacity. With one build, you can return 10x on investment — and you leave equipped to build working systems well beyond that.

Cohort Details:

  • 8 seats - we intentionally keep the class small.

  • Waitlist and referrals get early access and special pricing

  • 48 hours later - registration opens to the public

This class is unlikely to be a fit if you haven't yet interacted with any LLM (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, etc.).

The next cohorts run in July - three live sessions, two hours each. $1,000 for waitlist members and referrals; $1,250 public.

8 seats, kept small on purpose.

FAQs

I’ve heard Claude Code is for coders. Is this class for me?

1

Yes, this class is for you. A lot of really sharp, non-technical folks assume Claude Code or Codex is exclusively for developers. It isn’t.

This is for people who already use AI day to day and have hit the ceiling of what prompting and free tutorials can do. You don't need to be technical, senior, or a "high-power leader" — some of the strongest builds have come from a team of one. But if you've never opened an AI tool, start there first; you'll get far more out of this once AI is already part of your day.

I am not technical. Will I need to code?

2

No. If you can write an email, you can do this. The class is hands-on. You'll build something real, but "building" here means teaching AI how you think and work in plain language. Most people are surprised how fast the intimidation wears off once they actually start.

Will AI actually write / work / sound like me, or will I need to redo everything?

3

Sounding like you isn't a nice-to-have here; it's the whole design. Your Keystone™ captures how you actually write, decide, and talk, so the first draft comes back in your voice, not a generic one. That’s what moves AI from feeling like a stranger who needs everything fixed to a senior colleague who already knows how you'd say it.

How is this different from the free AI tutorials I can find online?

4

Students have generally started with the free AI tutorials and run into two snags: the use cases are either too generic to touch work that’s complex and nuanced (yours) or they’re pure spectacle just to pressure test the technology (3M tokens and 105 agents… to research vitamin C. We couldn’t tell you why.) By the end of the first or second class, students are already building something they can use in their work today — unique to their work, their style, and the outcomes they're after. If you want to see some of those builds, check out our testimonials.

You're exactly who this class was built for. It's three weeks of two-hour sessions (six hours of live class, plus a 1:1 30 minute setup before you start). Each session includes protected time to build for your work with a coach standing by to help. This cadence is designed to get you fully equipped, quickly — and walking away with something you'll use regularly. We built it to fit around a full job, not add to it.

I have zero extra hours, no support, and I’ve been handed the “AI or else” mandate. How will this help?

5

Can I bring my team, or do this for my whole organization?

6

Yes, and it's one of the most common next steps. People come through the class, see what their own Keystone™ does, and want it for their team. We can train a group together and build a shared Keystone™ for how your whole organization works. If that's of interest, contact caitlin@coopilots.io and we’ll scope it with you.
